Overview

A-dec is committed to delivering a superior employment experience and achieving our annual sales goals through a dedicated network of authorized dealers, dental schools, and government installations within each assigned territory. The role focuses on maximizing sales while upholding administrative and interpersonal company responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate maximum sales across all categories of A-dec products within the assigned territory through effective sales activities, frequent communication, and adherence to A-dec best practices.
  • Develop business plans in collaboration with the Regional Manager to serve as a blueprint for the year and guide prioritization of sales support efforts.
  • Conduct quarterly business review meetings with dealer partners.
  • Maintain continuous connection and growth with non‑traditional networks.
  • Provide accurate forecasting by managing opportunities through the CRM system.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with A-dec’s policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional business acumen while protecting A-dec’s financial interests.
  • Identify and communicate maximum growth opportunities to Regional and Territory Managers.
  • Manage all communication channels and fulfill all administrative requirements with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must be able to travel regularly within the assigned territory, with some travel outside the territory required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency in presentation systems and comfortable presenting to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years account‑management experience in the dental industry, including work within the dental distribution network.
  • Familiarity with the North American Dental Distribution system is preferred.
Background Check

A background check and screening for illegal drug use is required.
