Risk, Investments and Reinsurance Executive Assistant; Primarily Office

Job Overview

You will provide comprehensive administrative and project support to executives (VPs) and their leadership team, managing daily logistics and departmental business projects to ensure the executive and their team operate efficiently and effectively using a wide variety of software and digital automation tools.

Position Compensation Range: $29.91 - $49.52 per hour (Hourly). Compensation may vary based on job level and geographic location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

• Optimize executive calendars, travel, expenses and correspondence using AI automation and digital tools with high autonomy.
• Oversee departmental project coordination: stay informed of departmental initiatives, maintain project updates, prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items with partners.
• Serve as central point of contact for the department, handling team logistics, building relationships with senior leadership and maintaining credibility.
• Leverage AI, automation and digital tools to maximize executive effectiveness and automate routine tasks.
• Perform other assignments or participate in projects as required, based on skills and experience.

• Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions or support.
• Demonstrated experience in organizational and time management.
• Adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Effective interpersonal skills, collaboration and communication with senior leadership at all levels; maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with event and meeting planning.
• Solid knowledge of AI, automation, software and collaboration platforms.
