Job Detail

You will be part of a dynamic team within the global shared services department, collaborating with various departments on an exciting project involving the roll out of an ordering tool in South America.

• Maintain weekly contact with each country to follow up on the project plan
• Set and monitor deadlines to collect feedback
• Perform data analysis (e.g., spend, supplier data)
• Support the setup and configuration of the tool
• Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information

• You have a bachelor or master in Economics, business administration, finance, IT
• You have good communication skills
• You have an analytical mindset
• Good knowledge of Spanish (mandatory) and English; any additional languages are an asset

• For this internship you should still be enrolled in a study program
• Period of the internship:
  Flexible (open for discussion)
