Job Purpose
Solves complex problems, identifies innovative solutions, interprets business issues, and implements best practices. Supports optimizing existing marketing capabilities while identifying and implementing new capabilities to generate growth. Key player in executing the future state vision of marketing capabilities for B2B and B2C.
Responsibilities- Recommends and leads implementation of system enhancements, facilitates change management, and leads educational/mentoring sessions regarding process or system design changes.
- Establishes measurement plans for changes, including metrics to assess success, communicates results, and drives changes to effectively increase performance.
- Leads projects to bring new growth capabilities to marketing and acts as initiative owner from planning through execution.
- Implements a project governance structure and creates a communication plan to keep stakeholders aligned.
- Leads cross‑functional teams to deliver intended results and develops close working relationships with partners.
- Provides subject matter expertise on project and change management efforts and creates necessary documentation.
- Brings innovative opportunities to marketing based on new emerging technologies and stays up to date on emerging trends in the marketing technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in IT, Business Process Management, Business Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
- Experience implementing processes or continuous improvement initiatives, including application of project management methodology.
- Deep knowledge of marketing technologies for B2B and B2C marketing.
- Preferred knowledge of call center sales processes or similar customer interaction channels.
- Strong leadership skills in driving and delivering initiatives and engaging with stakeholders.
- Experience making recommendations and decisions based on quantitative analysis.
- Proven success collaborating and influencing multiple functions and groups to achieve desired sales or financial goals.
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills with understanding of insurance financials.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to successful completion.
- Strong time management, planning and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to travel not to exceed 10% of the time.
- Preferred: obtain Life & Health Insurance licenses within 90 days from start date.
Base Salary Range: $83,100.00 - $.
