Senior Manager, Talent Procurement
Key Responsibilities- Own sourcing strategy and execution across Labor, HR Technology, Benefits, and other Talent-related spend categories.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align procurement strategies with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, and governance.
- Lead sourcing initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, including supplier selection, contracting, and change management.
- Build credibility, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify and execute opportunities that deliver cost savings, operational efficiencies, supplier optimization, and risk mitigation through market intelligence, data-driven analysis, and innovative solutions.
- Develop business cases and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Present recommendations and project updates to leadership while independently driving decision-making and issue resolution.
- Develop and execute category strategies and roadmaps that support evolving business priorities and organizational growth.
- Support the continuous improvement of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.
- Lead special projects and strategic initiatives that support broader Talent and Procurement objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Human Resources, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Seven or more years of sourcing, procurement, category management, or related experience, including demonstrated success leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
- Experience supporting HR, Talent, Technology, Labor, Benefits, or other indirect spend categories preferred.
- Proven success negotiating, implementing, and managing complex supplier agreements and commercial contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, think strategically, and drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups while balancing business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, establish credibility, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and business results.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, value creation, risk mitigation, and business partnership.
