Chief Operating & Growth Officer

The Operations & Growth Executive is a senior executive responsible for driving the business growth, operational performance, and financial success of PRN Home Health & Therapy. This role focuses on expanding revenue, increasing referrals and patient census, improving productivity, managing budgets and payer relationships, and ensuring scalable business operations. The Operations & Growth Executive works closely with the President, Administrator, and leadership team to achieve profitable growth and strong financial results.

• Lead business operations, finance, sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.
• Increase patient referrals, admissions, revenue, and market share.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referral sources, and payers.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, profitability, and EBITDA growth.
• Improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and business processes.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, new service lines, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Develop leaders, strengthen team performance, and support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
