The Apple Creek YMCA, Appleton YMCA, Child Learning Center, Fox West YMCA (Greenville) and Neenah-Menasha YMCA are hiring full-time lead-qualified child care teachers for our licensed early childhood classrooms. Work full-time or part-time caring for our tiny friends in our day care centers. Create an environment that fosters early learning and social development, e nhance children's learning experience through play, language, and interactive activities, as well as use positive procedures when guiding children's behavior.
Families love bringing their children to our early childhood care programs because of our amazing teachers.
Full-time & part-time position with hours of availability, Monday through Friday between 6:30 am-6:30 pm.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Completed high school or its equivalency as determined by the DPI.
- Previous experience working with infants and children is preferred.
Possess one or more of the following or willing to complete within 6-months of hire, in addition to completing Introduction to Child Care Professions:
- Skills and Strategies for the Childcare teacher
- Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or education-related.
- Teacher registry certificate
