JOB REQUIREMENTS
Are you a teacher, high schooler, college student, paraprofessional, etc. Looking for a side job that can bring some extra money into your pockets? If so, keep reading. A family in the Appleton area is looking to find a long-term childcare provider for their 9-year-old daughter who struggles with mental health. This little girl does have ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, ODD, and depression.
This family is looking for someone who can help take their daughter to do fun activities while mom runs errands during the day.

Families Needed
Hours:
- This family is looking for help between 20 and 40 hours a week of help
- This is a very flexible position
- Work-life balance
- After-school help along with summer help
- Evenings
- No set schedule
- Weekend help (If you are looking for a set schedule, this family is up for discussion)
Starting pay:
- $17.97 an hour
- Mileage Pay is offered (when the child is in the vehicle)
Child
CHILD CAREGIVER TASKS- This family wants to be in the loop on daily activities
- Make sure that the child is safe and supervised
- Do fun activities with the child either at home or in the community
- Transportation
- After-school pickup (As-Needed)
- Being an emotional support person for the child
- Engaging in de-escalation tactics
- Help with homework
- Prep snacks and dinner
- Help with mentoring personal care tasks (brushing teeth, deodorant, showering, etc.)
- Helping the child maintain a clean space
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Able to pass a Wisconsin background check Experience working with adults or children with complex needs (Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, ODD, Etc.)
