Site Manager - Construction

Infinity Exteriors is looking for a hands‑on On‑Site Construction Manager to oversee daily operations on large new construction and multifamily projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, understands construction sequencing, can manage subcontractor crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. The right candidate will take ownership of the jobsite, ensure materials are staged properly, verify workmanship, and communicate effectively with crews, vendors, and leadership.

Strong siding and roofing knowledge is required, including the ability to identify installation issues, verify scopes of work, and uphold quality standards in the field.

This is a field‑first position focused on production, organization, accountability, and quality control.

• Oversee daily on‑site operations for new construction and multifamily projects
• Coordinate subcontractor crews and monitor production progress
• Manage jobsite material staging, deliveries, and inventory
• Perform ongoing quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
• Ensure siding and roofing installations meet manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Identify and address workmanship, production, or installation issues quickly
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
• Assist in scheduling crews, inspections, and material needs
• Document progress with photos and daily updates
• Communicate clearly with Project Managers, vendors, superintendents, and leadership
• Help keep projects on schedule and operating efficiently
