Concrete Construction Technician

Full-Time | Commercial & Agricultural Projects

We’re expanding our field crew and looking for motivated individuals who take pride in producing top-tier concrete work. If you enjoy building from the ground up and want a role where your craftsmanship truly shows, this is the opportunity for you.

• Set forms for footings, foundation walls, and flatwork

• Place, level, and finish concrete for interior floors, exterior slabs, sidewalks, and agricultural facilities

• Ensure proper grading, reinforcement, and overall quality throughout each pour

• Assist with erecting pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings

• Install roofing, siding, insulation, flashings, and other exterior components

• Perform rough and finish carpentry as needed

• Frame interior walls and install doors, trims, and additional woodwork

• A detail-driven mindset with pride in producing clean, accurate work

• A strong work ethic and an ownership mentality on every job

• Ability to stay productive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

• Comfort working outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions
