Spencer Concrete is hiring a full-time Concrete Manager in Appleton, WI to lead the crews, calls, and pours that keep Northeast Wisconsin's most trusted concrete contractor moving forward. This isn't a desk job — you'll be out front, guiding operations, solving problems in real time, and making sure every pour is one we're proud to put our name on.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate concrete crews across multiple job sites
• Own daily scheduling, planning, and workflow from kickoff to cleanup
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field departments
• Ensure proper setup, pouring, and finishing on every project
• Maintain the highest standards for safety, quality, and productivity
• Resolve on-site issues quickly, decisively, and professionally
• Track materials, timecards, and job progress daily
• Deliver jobs on budget, on time, and at a quality standard the crew is proud of

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in concrete construction
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and job specs confidently
• Hands-on knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Proven track record managing crews and subcontractors
• Safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality on every job
• Organized, dependable, and results-focused
• CDL or equipment operation experience is a plus

Pay & Perks:

• $38–$52/hr based on experience and leadership ability
• Weekly pay
