Operations Manager, Owner. Position:
Exempt / Non-Exempt. Overtime

Responsible for daily supervision and functioning of two or more construction projects and/or two or more crews on a construction project and/or a full location or line of business.

• Field verifying location and nature of work by inspecting the project.
• Confirm quality of work and quantity completed at the end of each day.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and metrics of crews working on the project.
• Maintain contract schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of Construction Coordinators.
• Handle all administrative tasks necessary to document work, including ordering and tracking supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other related work as assigned using available resources to achieve established goals.

• High School Diploma
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision and to self-direct daily activities
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed
• Conscientious professional with a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills
• 1-3 years of previous construction experience in the field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
