We are actively recruiting experienced Project Managers to join growing construction operations in the Green Bay and Appleton, Wisconsin area. These full-time openings span a range of project types—from commercial special projects to large-scale self‑perform concrete and masonry work—with companies that have deep regional roots and national reputations for quality and innovation.

Whether you have built your career managing diverse commercial portfolios or leading complex structural builds, we want to connect with construction professionals who are ready to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

What you'll do Project Oversight
  • Lead projects from preconstruction through final closeout, maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams.
  • Conduct preconstruction, job site, and owner meetings, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Own the project budget through design and construction phases, including cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Draft subcontracts and manage procurement; review and approve pay applications and change orders.
  • Initiate and oversee closeout procedures to ensure all financial and contractual obligations are met.
Business Development & Client Relations
  • Partner with Business Development to develop proposals and present to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with estimating and design teams to grow market share and self‑perform capabilities.
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field—or 7+ years of equivalent hands‑on experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing projects as a General Contractor, including self‑perform operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, means and methods, and project controls.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble, or similar).
Preferred
  • Experience with concrete, masonry, or other self‑perform structural trades.
  • Background in preconstruction planning, estimating, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Background with a top ENR‑ranked general contractor.
