Operator responsible for operating a curb machine and other construction equipment safely and efficiently, including skid steers, backhoes, front‑end loaders, dozers, graders, compactors, and other equipment.

• Operate curb machines and various construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments.
• Perform labor as required when not operating equipment.

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL desired but not required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating construction equipment; safety and efficiency expected.
• Willingness to work varied hours and variable weather conditions.
• Union membership required or willingness to join; successful passage of Union aptitude test if required.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to be labor‑ready when not operating equipment.
