OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member to generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support. There are internal growth opportunities for driven and sales-minded candidates.
Responsibilities- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
