About the Role

Advanced proficiency in site operations and procedures with strong communication skills and the ability to receive and address client concerns promptly and effectively.

Your Impact Main Responsibilities
  • Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
  • Review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide.
  • Oversee workflow and job balance between staff to ensure tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.
  • Communicate and train the team on changes to workflow or procedures.
  • Manage daily and monthly records on service activity.
  • Serve as the main point of contact to the client for daily activities and participate in client meetings.
  • Develop, prepare, and present formal reporting requirements to the client.
  • Act as a point of escalation onsite to address and remediate client concerns.
  • Maintain the site procedure guide documenting workflow processes.
  • Perform responsibilities that may include Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, or File Room/Records File Services, depending on location.
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short‑staffed.
  • Adapt site responsibilities and coverage locations based on client and division needs.
Copy/Print Production/Copy Center
  • Reproduce all print requests promptly and accurately.
  • Review electronic files for print readiness, print documents, punch, bind, assemble, sort, laminate, and perform pre‑delivery quality control checks.
  • Receive, log, deliver, and track all activity for reporting purposes.
  • Respond to customer requests and perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment.
  • Record and track customer inquiries and request fulfillment.
  • Perform daily convenience care functions as needed.
About You:

The Skills & Expertise You Bring
  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
  • Prior customer‑service experience.
  • Good computer and technical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision; OT as needed.
  • Obtain necessary security or customer clearances as required.
  • Possibility of driving between client locations; personal vehicle and valid driver’s license may be required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods.
  • Compliance with customer policies and protocols, including possible COVID‑19 vaccination and related measures.

Hourly rate: $20.54 to $28.20.
