Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
DescriptionThe ideal applicant must have strong attention to detail, be an independent thinker and be able to work in a fast-paced environment to keep multiple projects and objectives moving s key role performs a variety of duties relating to the accurate and timely processing of customer consignments, registering of bidders and answering general customer inquiries at auction, including vintage collectibles such as historic neon signs, gas pumps, artwork, pedal cars and more.
The Road Art division has multiple auctions throughout the year held in conjunction with classic and collector car auctions. The auctions are conducted in major cities across the United States.

Road Art Customer Service Experience Duties and Responsibilities- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively among a variety of topics – some of which may require inter-departmental efforts and communication
- Ability to ask the right questions and, ultimately, solve the customer’s needs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to think independently, process the situation at hand, and find acceptable solutions
- Proactive desire to become an expert on the business rules and processes, resulting in effective and positive customer interactions
- Work with consignors to ensure all required information and documentation is obtained to make the item ready for sale
- Review customer contracts and paperwork, input data, collect credit card payments, scan documents, etc.
- Load and process imagery to be shown on the internet
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Ability to analyze and input information via Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop
- Experience utilizing Google Drive
- High level of computer skills and ability to multitask
- Possession of a high level of organizational skill
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, which may require traveling for several days and sometimes a week or more at a time
- Possession of strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
