Job Description

Responsible for customer service and clerical duties behind front desk in fitness center facility; check-in system, facility tours for prospective members, membership and needs-based sales, and telephone information calls. Maintains a safe, effective, and motivating area for members to work out.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school education preferred.
  • Certification: CPR within six months of hire required.
  • Experience:

    Minimum two years of experience in customer service field to include computer/keyboarding and billing and membership processing required.
