Specialist, Consumer Care - Onsite

Whirlpool is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist for an onsite role at Mount Pleasant, WI.

This mid‑level Order to Cash Customer Solutions position requires cross‑functional collaboration and continuous improvement to ensure effective order processing, shipments, and payments.

• Process complex orders across multiple sales channels, including in‑depth channel orders that may not follow standard entry patterns.
• Respond to all email, phone, and customer requests, making informed decisions to satisfy trade partner needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Assist with escalated calls or emails by Representatives and share teachable moments.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Demonstrate broad product and technical knowledge of Whirlpool offerings.
• Resolve basic escalated trade partner requests and challenges.
• Keep all stakeholders informed until resolution.
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with others and display empathy with authority.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including macros and pivot tables.
