Responsibilities
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of incoming communications and order initiations.
  • Initiate the order process and research, clarify, or provide order information as needed to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer requirements, products, and distribution methods and timing.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with all inter-departmental personnel.
  • Provide excellent customer service by fast and accurate processing of requests from internal and external customers.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order information, status, product availability, and the plan of action approved by management.
  • Prioritize orders based on urgency, product specifications, and shipping/delivery requirements.
  • Communicate initial order information, changes, and updates to all parties to ensure smooth processing and on-time delivery.
  • Investigate and attempt to resolve customer issues in line with company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Document, organize, and maintain records of incoming sales orders and follow-up communications.
  • Submit all reports and required forms correctly and on time to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure optimal performance of planning and expediting teams by recommending and implementing actions to improve productivity, effectiveness, and reduce costs.
  • Attend scheduled or impromptu department, company-sponsored meetings, and training as required.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, distribution, order processing, and/or shipping.
  • Passionate about Incora values and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Demonstrated collaboration: share knowledge and experience with others.
