Job Overview
Position:
Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English (partial‑time, remote).
Location:
Sacramento, CA (must reside within 50 miles). Compensation begins at $18.48 per hour with a benefits package that may include PTO, tuition reimbursement, health and wellness incentives, and more.
Answer incoming communications from customers and conduct research to provide accurate resolutions.
Skills & Qualifications- 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Computer proficiency
- High‑speed internet (>15 Mbps) may be required for some programs

Training includes instructor‑led online sessions with webcam videos and audio. Webcam participation is expected during all TTEC and client‑required training and encouraged during coaching sessions. Individualized coaching and access to thousands of free courses are also available.
