MEMBER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER I - FLOATING

Fox Communities Credit Union, Appleton, Wisconsin, is a community-based credit union with over $3 billion in assets and more than 130,000 members served at over 20 locations. We are dedicated to member service and community growth.

We are currently seeking a full‑time Floating Member Relationship Officer to join our Fox family. The Floating Member Relationship Officer will be based out of the Fox location nearest to their home and will travel to any of our 22 locations in NE Wisconsin as needed. • Providing members with sound financial guidance for all consumer lending needs.
• Evaluating and recommending decisions based on lending policy.
• Professionally assisting members with opening and maintaining checking, savings, CD, and IRA accounts.
• Building and maintaining long‑term relationships to anticipate members’ future needs and exceed expectations.

• Strong interviewing and listening skills to identify member needs.
• Minimum of one year of sales and service experience.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office or similar software.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate fluent Spanish and English (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co‑workers.

Previous financial industry experience with account opening and consumer lending knowledge.
