Bilingual; English​/Spanish Member Service Representative Part-Time

The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is required for this opportunity.

• Position type:
  Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
• Schedule:
  
  8:15 AM – 5:15 PM M-F and Saturdays (at our Menasha location) once a month from 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM
• Additional Compensation:
  • Bilingual Differential: $1.50 per hour for bilingual skills upon successful completion of a Language Proficiency test
  • Weekend Differential: $1.00 per hour for hours worked on weekends, stackable with bilingual differential

Standard benefits for this 20hr/week role include 401(k) Retirement with 5% matching contributions from Prospera Credit Union.

• Providing professional, friendly and personalized member service during each interaction.
• Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members.
• Accurately processing a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.).
• Creating conversations with members to help identify their needs.
• Providing information and education about various products and services.
• Making appropriate referrals, suggestions and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.

• A passion for helping people and being part of an awesome team.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer Service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to hear, assimilate and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach.
