Monday-Friday | In-Office Position Starting Pay between $22 - $25/hour Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Make an Impact. Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships, and working as part of a collaborative team? L&M Corrugated is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing organization. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, helping manage orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer accounts and orders from start to finish
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Scheduling, and Production teams
• Process orders, changes, and customer requests accurately
• Communicate order status and provide solutions to customer concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted resource
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts and administrative projects as needed

What We're Looking For

• Customer service, account management, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems
