Part‑Time (20 hours/week) Bilingual Spanish/English Member Service Rep

• Starting Pay:
  Minimum $18.50 per hour

  5140 W. Integrity Way, Grand Chute, WI 54913
• Position Type:
  Part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week)
• Schedule:
  
  8:15 AM – 5:15 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays (January to December) 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM at the Menasha location
• Additional Compensation:
  • Bilingual Differential: $1.50 per hour for successful completion of a Language Proficiency test
  • Weekend Differential: $1.00 per hour for hours worked on weekends, stackable with bilingual differential

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized member service during each interaction
• Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for members
• Accurately process a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.)
• Create conversations with members to help identify their needs
• Provide information and education about various products and services
• Make appropriate referrals, suggestions, and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.

• Passion for helping people and being part of an awesome team

• Strong attention to detail
• Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to hear, assimilate, and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach
