- Part‑time (20 hours per week) Bilingual Spanish/English Member Service Representative
- Starting Pay: minimum $18.50 per hour
- Location:
5140 W. Integrity Way, Grand Chute, WI 54913 - Schedule:
8:15 AM – 5:15 PM M‑F and Saturdays once a month (8:45 AM – 12:15 PM at Menasha) - Additional Compensation:
Bilingual Differential $1.50 per hour (after successful Language Proficiency test);
Weekend Differential $1.00 per hour (stackable with bilingual differential)

- Provide professional, friendly, and personalized member service during each interaction.
- Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members.
- Accurately process a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.).
- Initiate conversations with members to help identify their needs.
- Provide information and education about various products and services.
- Make appropriate referrals, suggestions, and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.
- Passion for helping people and being part of an awesome team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to hear, assimilate, and solve problems quickly using a member service approach.
