Assist members with purchases and locating merchandise;
Operate front-end equipment and handle transactions at self-checkout and cashier areas;

Assist with processing payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy;
Support training and onboarding of new Member Frontline Service associates and participate in program rollouts.
