Customer Account Specialist 2 (Finance)
Starting Pay: $50,000- $65,000 annually based on experience
Address: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton, WI 54915
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

What You'll Do:- Coordinate customer accounts and detailed job plans
- Manage production schedules, order updates, and timelines
- Review purchase orders and support order entry
- Partner with manufacturing teams on materials and scheduling
- Communicate customer expectations and project updates
- Support Sales with pricing, estimates, and RFP requests
- Help drive quality, accuracy, and process improvements
- 2+ years of customer service or account coordination experience
- Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Printing, publishing, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred
