Customer Care Representative

** running from October through mid-January. It's a great opportunity for those seeking seasonal work or looking to gain experience during the busy holiday retail season.

** Shift:*
* Full-time. Standard shifts are 7am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5pm. Special scheduling needs include:

+ Wednesday before Thanksgiving (11/25):
Must work, and also available 8-10pm

+ Black Friday weekend:
Likely 8am-4:30pm

+ December weekends may be required

+ Mondays in December: 7am-5pm

+ Must work December 26.

** What's a typical day as a Customer Care Representative? You'll be:*
* + Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a high-volume contact center

+ Providing accurate information to customers and resolving their issues efficiently

+ Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction

+ Operating within a corporate retail setting, reporting to the Contact Center Supervisor

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have previous experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred, but not required)

+ Are comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally

+ Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Are available to work the specified shifts, including special scheduling around holidays and weekends

+ Are bilingual in Spanish and English (nice to have, but not required)
