• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
• Active or eligible dental license (state‑specific)
• Experience working with children and special‑needs patients preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
