• Deliver high‑quality preventive and periodontal care (including SRP)
• Educate patients on oral health and long‑term treatment plans
• Partner with doctors to support co‑diagnosis and case acceptance
• Build trust and lasting relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility to become licensed; new grads are welcome)
• Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed
• A passion for patient care, education, and prevention
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A team‑oriented mindset with a desire to grow
• Current CPR certification

$43 - $49 per hour and up to a $15,000 sign on

Monday‑Thursday 7‑5pm, Friday 7‑1
