Monday–Thursday 7‑5 pm;
Friday 7‑1 pm

• Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care (including SRP)
• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Educate patients on oral health and long-term treatment plans.
• Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
• Partner with doctors to support co-diagnosis and case acceptance.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with patients.
• Create a welcoming, judgment‑free environment for every patient.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or eligibility to become licensed; new grads welcome).
• A passion for patient care, education, and prevention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow.
• A current CPR certification.

$43 – $49 per hour and up to a $15,000 sign on.
