Registered Dental Hygienist - Rivertown Dental
This Isn’t the Job You’ve Been Settling For.
Overbooked schedules. Under-resourced operatories. A leadership team that talks about “culture” but hasn’t asked how your back feels. Patients stacked wall to wall with no room to actually do your job well.
We built Rivertown Dental because we believe the answer to better patient care starts with caring for the people who deliver it. That means YOU first.
Compensation That Reflects Your ValueAttractive base wage, structured from the start, and real upside beyond it.
An hourly wage that recognizes experience.
- Grow your skills, grow your pay
- Ergonomic equipment stipend: because your body is a long-term investment
- CE allowance to keep your license current and your practice sharp
- PTO and HTO, right from the start
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all growth. Whether you want to:
- Sharpen your clinical skills and expand your scope of practice
- Maximize your production to increase your quarterly earnings
- Find a sustainable pace that keeps you in this career long-term
…we pair you with an experienced hygienist who meets you where you are and helps you get where you want to go. You define what growth looks like.
A Hygiene Team That Actually CollaboratesOur RDHs don’t work in silos. You’ll be part of a tight-knit hygiene team across four Midwest locations that shares ideas, covers each other, and actually talks - about cases, about technique, about what’s working. You’ll have colleagues who show up for you, not just alongside you.
Why Rivertown Dental Is Different- Private, multi-location group practice, not a DSO. Your voice carries weight here.
- State-of-the-art equipment and operatories designed for efficiency and ergonomics
- Full-time and part-time schedules available - we’ll build it around your life
- Small-town community feel with big-practice resources
- Leadership team that asks how you’re doing and means it
- Active Wisconsin RDH license (or currently obtaining)
- Commitment to exceptional patient care and clinical excellence
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Genuine interest in growing — however that looks for you
