Registered Dental Hygienist; or PT

Job Description

We are looking for a patient‑focused dental hygienist to join our private group practice alongside Dr. Jacci Belter. Ideally, this is a full‑time position working Monday‑Thursday, though part‑time roles are also considered. • Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, examining patients for signs of oral diseases, and taking X‑rays.
• Perform periodontal treatments, including scaling and root planing.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate in creating and maintaining treatment plans for patients.
• Keep detailed, accurate patient records and notes and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Stay updated with the latest dental practices and technologies to continually improve patient care.
• Ensure proper infection control procedures are followed.
• Establish trust and form positive relationships to ensure patients feel at ease.

• Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin (required).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable with digital dental technologies, including X‑ray systems and electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of Open Dental Software is a plus.

CE allowance/year.
