- Graduate of an accredited dental school with a D.D.S., D.M.D., or equivalent degree.
- Licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and free of restrictions.
- Current DEA certificate.
- Certified in BLS and AED and maintain recertification per licensure requirements.
- Successful completion of credentialing process.
- Provide comprehensive dental examinations and treatment to patients of all ages.
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions.
- Create treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
- Perform procedures such as fillings, extractions, and dentures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
