What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
  • Educate patients on oral health and long-term wellness.
  • Partner with doctors to support comprehensive patient treatment.
  • Build trust and strong patient relationships through compassionate care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards.
  • Help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
  • Deliver high‑quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence‑based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co‑diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
  • Active Registered Dental Hygienist license.
  • Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and patient education skills.
  • Passion for patient care and teamwork.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed.
  • A current CPR certification.
Schedule (days/hours)

Monday 8‑5, Tuesday 8‑6, Wednesday OFF, Thursday 8‑5, Friday 7‑12:30

Compensation

$50.00 per hour plus hygiene compensation up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus for full time.
