• Established practice with steady patient flow

• Base compensation around $200,000 plus production incentive

• Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based best practices
• Develop and present treatment plans clearly and effectively
• Perform restorative, preventive, endodontic and surgical procedures within scope

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
