- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and lifelong wellness.
- Partner with dentists to identify treatment needs and improve patient outcomes.
- Create a welcoming, compassionate, and judgement‑free experience for every patient.
- Adapt seamlessly to different office environments while contributing positively to each team you support.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay current on the latest evidence‑based practices and technologies.
- Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain one before your start date).
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- A positive, adaptable mindset and the ability to thrive in a variety of practice settings.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys meeting new people and making a difference wherever they're needed.
Mon-Thurs 7-5, Fri 7-1 (Flexible)
Qualifications- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification.
$55-$62 per hour
