Job DescriptionDental Associates is hiring an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our Dental Family on a part‑time or full‑time basis at our Appleton Dental Center. By joining our team, you will run a practice within a practice, devote your time and energy to providing excellent oral health care, and build high‑quality relationships with patients.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional oral health care to patients.
- Build high‑quality relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Direct the team, schedule, and treatment plans to ensure efficient workflow.
- Focus on dentistry and patient care while the clinic handles business operations.
Salary guarantee of $500,000+ annually with incentive plan (earning potential up to $1 million). Signing, retention bonuses, relocation, and annual CE allowances are included.
