Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, efficient, and compassionate Dentist (DDS/DMD) for a 26-week contract engagement at a state correctional facility in Prairie du Chien, WI.

• W-2 Hourly Rate: $155.00/hr
• Travel Pay Package:
  Blended pay package with lodging and meal stipends (for qualifying non-local candidates

• Volume: 3 days per week (24 hours total)
• Balance: 4 full days off every week
• Status:
  Guaranteed weekly hours with an immediate start timeline

• Conduct oral examinations and formulate immediate, practical treatment plans
• Perform routine and complex extractions, restorative fillings, and infection management
• Provide acute pain relief, preventative care, and oral hygiene education
• Maintain clear, compliant, and prompt electronic dental health record (EHR) entries
• Partner with on-site dental assistants, medical providers, and security personnel

• Degree:
  Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Licensure:
  Active, unrestricted Dental License in the State of Wisconsin
• Certifications:
  
  Active DEA license and current BLS/CPR certification
• Vetting:
  Ability to clear a state background check, fingerprinting, and security clearance
• Skills:
  
  Strong proficiency in extractions and acute dental care with excellent clinical judgment
