Senior Architectural Project Manager & Team Leader

You will have a key leadership role in the firm that manages all aspects of RINKA’s high-profile architectural projects. Well qualified candidates will demonstrate the leadership characteristics of a strong manager, including skills in: task and process strategy, planning, team building, communications, supervising, leading and motivating, conflict management, problem solving, follow-through, negotiating, and recruiting.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the project team as a designer / architect
• Creating and maintaining business relationships
• Managing project communications
• Participating in potential project pursuits and firm development

What We Look For:

• 7 years minimum experience
• Minimum 4-year college degree from an accredited school of architecture required
• Graduate degree is a plus
• Accreditation as a licensed Architect or a demonstrated path toward licensure
• Prior experience and a proven record of successful projects as a Project Manager in a reputable architectural firm required
• Strong management and mentorship skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, collaborate on large teams and work well under deadlines
• Candidates with senior-level experience will also be considered
