Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking an Architect for their team in Appleton, Wisconsin!

Responsibilities include:

performing complex architectural/design assignments through innovative professional knowledge and design concepts, producing equipment schedules and quantity take-off reports, establishing design direction, developing technical drawings/specifications, and project schedule/budget, managing projects of all sizes and complexities, managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping current on architectural methods, codes, processes and materials, evaluating alternative systems/methods by conducting complex feasibility and operating studies, ensuring assigned projects meet quality control standards, assisting with business development and completion of proposals, approving correspondence including standard AIA contracts, developing/implementing company drawing standards, adhering to client drawing standards, traveling to job sites as needed, meeting budgets/deadlines, and mentoring/training junior staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in architecture, 5+ years of architectural experience, experience in the consulting industry preferred, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and other construction/site systems. Salary is commensurate with experience. Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
