Bim Coordinator

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Bim Coordinator to join their team.

As the Bim Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies throughout the company. You will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects, utilizing BIM to improve efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.

• Develop and implement BIM standards and processes across all projects
• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and manage BIM workflows
• Train and support team members on BIM software and processes
• Coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to ensure BIM integration and collaboration
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in BIM models
• Manage BIM file management and version control
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and processes

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM coordination or related role
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in construction industry preferred
