Overview

Froedtert Theda Care Health
, a non-profit health system in northeast Wisconsin, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician w/OB & C-Section for our Ripon and Green Lake, WI locations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, team-oriented environment with the flexibility and resources to provide exceptional care while building lasting patient relationships.

In this role, you will have the backing of a respected health system and collaboration with collegial Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. We provide the tools, staff, and support needed to focus on patient care.

Practice Highlights
  • Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine w/ OB and C-Section, with inpatient and/or procedural opportunities if desired
  • 1.0 FTE consists of 36 patient contact hours plus 4 hours of dedicated administrative time weekly
  • Join an established team of 4 physicians and 1 APC
  • Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
  • Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools
Clinic Hours

M-F 8:00a-5:00p

Call Schedule

Reasonable and equitable call schedule spread evenly among all providers. Theda Care On Call, a nurse triage service, screens all calls before transferring them to the on-call provider.

NHSC Eligibility

Theda Care Physicians-Green Lake and Theda Care Physicians-Ripon qualify for the National Health Service Corps (NHSC), which supports primary care providers interested in serving rural communities through scholarships and loan repayment programs.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Two-year salary guarantee during practice start-up, then transition to a production-based compensation plan in year three
