Job Order – Endocrinologist
Location: Southeast Wisconsin (1 hour from O’Hare International Airport, Chicago)
Employer: Physician-led, multi-specialty medical group
Experienced support staff in place
Optional 4-day work week
Very low physician turnover rate
Strong referral base and collegial physician environment
Practice autonomy with supportive leadership
Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care (diabetes, thyroid, osteoporosis, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic disorders).
Manage advanced diabetes technologies, including CGM data interpretation and insulin pump therapy.
Perform office-based endocrine procedures (thyroid FNA, ultrasound evaluations if applicable).
Conduct inpatient consults on a light, shared rotation (if desired/required).
Collaborate with APPs, primary care, and specialty teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Participate in EMR-driven documentation, quality measures, and population health initiatives.
Optional:
Teaching or mentorship of APPs/learners if interested.
MD/DO;
Board Certified/Board Eligible in EndocrinologyEligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA
Proficiency with insulin pumps and CGM technology preferred
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-education skills
EMR proficiency with strong documentation habits
Competitive base salary: $305,000
