Physiatry Physician Opportunity in Wisconsin Appleton, Wisconsin Outpatient, full time

A growing, nonprofit health system in Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist to join an expanding Orthopedic, Spine & Pain team in Appleton. This is a highly collaborative, multispecialty practice located under one roof with an integrated and collegial culture.

Position Highlights
• 100% outpatient clinic-based practice
• Clinic case mix includes comprehensive physiatry diagnoses, including spine and neurological outpatient conditions
• EMG competency required
• Proficiency in clinic-based ultrasound-guided injections and other modalities
• Inpatient call rotation (nights and weekends) for inpatient rehabilitation and consult coverage
• Dedicated CMA support
• Shared triage nurses dedicated to Pain and PM&R
• Outreach to Oshkosh one day per week
• 18-27 patients per 9-hour clinic day
• Practice structured for high productivity with strong growth strategy

Team Composition
• Advanced Practice Clinicians: 1 PM&R APC 4.5 Pain APC FTEs
• Orthopedic Service Line includes 57 providers across Pain, Physiatry, Primary Care Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, and Walk-In services
