Role:
General Surgery Physician
Responsibilities:Providing urgent backfill coverage with 5-10 patients daily, performing bread and butter general surgery procedures, and supporting GI when needed. EMR use is Epic, and scopes are not required.
Qualifications & Skills:Experience in general surgery, ability to handle routine procedures, and familiarity with EMR systems. Strong communication and adaptability is valued.
Key Duties:Deliver high-quality surgical care, manage patient cases efficiently, and coordinate with support teams.
- Access to malpractice insurance, travel, and housing expenses are provided.
Assignment details and time entry are managed through an online portal.
Compensation is competitive, with 24-hour support from a dedicated healthcare consultant. The organization is a charter member of NALTO.
