Great opportunity for an Electrician that is looking to get off of their tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver electrical apprenticeship, Quick Start, and other trade-focused training programs
  • Create, refine, pilot, and roll out technical and trade-related curriculum aligned with business and workforce needs
  • Work closely with the Apprenticeship Team and subject‑matter experts to identify, evaluate, and recommend training content
  • Perform jobsite audits and provide on‑site coaching and hands‑on instruction to support employee growth and performance
  • Support field teams during complex, high‑risk, or non‑routine work through focused training and coaching initiatives
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with operational leaders to promote collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Provide coordination and program support to the Apprenticeship Coordinator as needed
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to enhance training materials, delivery methods, and overall learning effectiveness
  • Maintain current knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional techniques, and industry best practices
  • Actively engage in professional and trade organizations to stay connected to industry trends
  • Exemplify company values, professionalism, and a positive, safety‑focused learning culture
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, approachability, and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Completion of a registered apprenticeship program or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on technical experience in electrical, specialty systems, or a related trade
  • 1–2 years of instructional, facilitation, or training experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of industry standards, best practices, and field operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and PC‑based software applications
  • Comfortable using audiovisual and classroom training equipment
