Secondary Special Education Teacher Near Green Bay, WI
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Secondary Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in a school district near Green Bay, WI. This role begins on August 19, 2024, and continues until June 6, 2025. The position involves working with students in grades 6-12, providing essential support and instruction to meet their diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver specialized instruction to students in grades 6-12 with varying disabilities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to provide comprehensive support.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
- Must hold an active Wisconsin special educator license.
- Experience working with secondary students (grades 6-12) is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective IEPs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
