Elementary Coordinator - Pathways Church

We’re on the hunt for a full-time Elementary Coordinator to help shape an engaging, welcoming environment for kids to learn about God's unconditional love for  this role, the candidate will be the engine behind our elementary programming—bringing weekend and midweek experiences to life with excellence and energy.

From organizing the details that make everything run smoothly, to recruiting and inspiring an incredible volunteer team, you’ll play a key part in creating meaningful moments for kids every single week. You’ll also take the lead on preparing and managing curriculum, ensuring every lesson is both impactful and fun.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in leadership, loves staying organized, and doesn’t miss the small details. If the applicant is a self-starter who enjoys building teams, creating structure, and making things happen, this could be a perfect fit.
